Contact form

Type and purpose of processing:

The personal data entered by you is stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. This requires the disclosure of a valid email address and your name, which will be used to identify and then process your enquiry. The provision of any further data is voluntary.

Legal grounds:

Processing of the data provided in the contact form is based on a legitimate interest (Art 6 paragraph 1 point (f) GDPR).

The purpose of providing a contact form is to allow you to make convenient contact with us. The data you provide will be stored in order to process the enquiry and any follow-on questions.

Where you make contact with us for the purpose of receiving a quotation, the data you enter in the contact form will be processed to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art 6 paragraph 1 point (b) GDPR).

Recipients:

Your data is only received by the controller and by contract processors as applicable.

Duration of storage:

The data is erased no later than 6 months after the enquiry has been processed.
Where we enter into a contractual relationship, we are required to comply with the statutory retention periods according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) that will therefore erase your data at the end of these periods.

You provide your personal data on a voluntary basis. However, we are only able to process your enquiry if you disclosed to us your name, email address and the reason for your enquiry.

Type and purpose of processing:

We embed YouTube videos on some of our web pages. The associated plugin is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereafter: "YouTube"). A connection to the YouTube servers is established when you visit a page with an embedded YouTube plugin. YouTube is informed of which pages you visit.
